When it comes to our children, they’re the primary reason why most immigrants move to Canada, to give them a better life. CAVIWO is extremely grateful to the Government of Canada for funding our multicultural programs where our children can learn, share and showcase a blended culture of AFRO-CANADIAN. They also tell their stories of silent racism encountered in schools and how they overcome (story narrated by BJ NYAMBI). Isla ACHU also did a solo display with the song: We are the world, while the rest of the kids crowned it all with a multilingual song on unity on Feb. 21/2026 in Ottawa. Kids came as far as London Ontario and St Jerome in Quebec to join their friends in Ottawa as most of them only meet through our ZOOM platform once a week. We look forward to more opportunities to bring kids together in love and unity to tell their stories and be empowered.
