On March 8th 2026, CAVIWO step into a theme that is both deeply personal and profoundly collective: “I AM — Rise Up and Step Out in Faith.” This theme begins with identity. “I AM” is a declaration of truth — a reminder that every woman carries inherent worth, strength, and purpose. It invites us to speak life over ourselves, to claim our space, and to stand firmly in who we are becoming.
But identity alone is not the destination. “Rise Up” calls us to elevate — to lift our voices, our visions, and our communities. It is a commitment to resilience, to standing tall even when the world tries to shrink us. Rising means refusing to be defined by limitations and choosing instead to be guided by possibility.
And then comes the leap: “Step Out in Faith.” Faith is movement. It is courage in action. It is the willingness to walk into new opportunities, new roles, and new challenges even when the outcome is not yet visible. Faith transforms hesitation into momentum and dreams into reality.
This theme aligns with a global call for justice and equality. The United Nations’ 2026 theme — “Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls” — reinforces the urgency of ensuring that every woman and girl has the freedom, protection, and opportunity to rise.
Together, these themes form a powerful message: Know who you are. Rise with purpose. Step out with faith. And as you do, you create pathways for others to follow.
This year, we rise — not alone, but together.
