Global Connection: Our Virtual Saturdays
Distance is not a barrier to friendship at CAVIWO. Every Saturday morning, our virtual doors open to children joining us from different parts of the world.
These online meetups are more than just video calls; they are vibrant gatherings where culture, faith, and fun intersect. It is a unique opportunity for kids to interact with peers from different backgrounds, fostering a sense of global community from a young age.
Local Impact: In-Person Community Activities
While we love our digital connections, our heart also beats for our local community. Our physical activities are deeply rooted in the neighborhood, providing a tangible space for kids to come together, play, and build lasting relationships with one another.
What We Do
Whether we are meeting online or in person, our programs are designed to engage the heart and mind. Our core activities include:
- Bible Studies: We explore faith through age-appropriate lessons that encourage questions and spiritual growth.
- Storytelling and drawing: We spark imagination and creativity through the art of storytelling, sharing tales and craft work that inspire and teach valuable life lessons.
- Games and Movie Watching: Sometimes, we just need to relax, play a game using Kahoot or enjoy a good story together! We curate family-friendly movies/games that foster discussion and shared laughter.
